You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Use the address you subscribed with. We'll send it a secure link that opens your subscription, where you can cancel it, change your card, or download an invoice.
Subscribed inside the Mentalyze app?
Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple or Google, and only they can cancel them. Open your subscription settings there, choose Mentalyze, and cancel.
Good to know
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Payments already made are not refunded — see the Terms & Conditions.
